This workshop helps participants explore how our neighborhoods, workspaces, and schools leave many of us disconnected and lacking in deep connections with people different from ourselves. Participants consider the negative impacts of cultural and racial isolation and reflect on the richness of creating spaces of inclusion and belonging where diverse groups of people can thrive together.

Conscious and Unconscious Bias

This workshop explores how biases are formed, the impact of our biases, and how we can reduce harmful biases to create more safe and inclusive spaces for diverse groups of people.
